Q: Have you been to Houston yet? If so, how has it been?

A: No I haven;t visited out there yet

 

Q: As the 3rd Running back drafted by Houston, Do you feel this gives you an edge?

A: I feel no ways about it to be honest. I am self motivated regardless of the situations that surround me. Very seldom have people seen what I see in myself and validate what I prove at every level.  At the end of the day its an opportunity to showcase what I bring to the table. The team sees value in my play to contribute so thats all that matters.

 

Q: You spent some time in the Fan Controlled Football league, how has that impacted your career?

A: Impacted my career tremendously. Finally got some recognition and more importantly the exposure that I didn’t have the past couple of years from graduating to my few stops in other Arena Leagues.  Just a great opportunity I took advantage of.

 

Q: What are some of your strengths?

A: My number 1 strength is that im versatile. You can put me anywhere. Im effective in the run game at my position, you can flex me out. I am a very good route runner & dangerous coming out of the backfield. I can pass pro so I am not a liability of passing downs. I am a true playmaker wherever I am needed. & can play on any phase of special teams.

 

Q: What has been the high point of your career so far?

A: Most definitely being part of the Fan Controlled League for their 2nd season. For a league like that to get the respect and exposure that it did and it allowed us players to really make a name for ourselves. All the underrated and overlooked guys finally got a chance to shine.

 

Q: Which team are you most looking forward to playing this season, and why?

A: Honestly either the DC or Orlando team. DC is closest to home so itd be great to be at this level and play in front of my family and friends again like it was in College. Orlando team would be fun because most of my teammates from the Fan Controlled League are now with the Orlando team.

 

Q: Thanks for doing this interview, and is there anything else you’d like to tell the fans?

A: Just excited for the season ahead & can’t wait to bring the energy i brought in FCF to Houston
